What a surprise it was last week to hear little chirps coming out from my birdhouse!! The birdhouse was a handmade gift from my 2011-2012 3rd Grade class. My precious gift is now a home for a brand new family!
Below is a video of my birdhouse--but the baby birds became quiet when I was filming. Anyway...you can see the "perfect spot" that I had in my yard for the birdhouse!
Ok, HERE are the sounds of the hungry baby birds! This time, they must have been so hungry that they didn't quiet down. Please let me know if you can identify the species of bird--some sort of finch? nuthatch?
